Refund policy

Short-Form Editor is a digital download, so you get the whole product the moment you pay. We still want every buyer to end up with a working editor. Here's how refunds work.

14-day "it won't run" guarantee

If the skill won't install or run on a computer that meets the requirements (a Mac, a 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC or a Linux computer, Claude Code on a paid Claude plan, Google Chrome and about 3 GB free), message us within 14 days of buying. We'll help you get it working. If we can't, we refund you in full.

What isn't covered

• Computers that don't meet the requirements. Please check them before you buy.
• Changing your mind after downloading, or not liking an edit's style. Every setting can be changed by asking Claude.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

How to ask

Message us from your Whop library (where your download is), with what you tried and what happened. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
