Terms of sale

These terms cover buying and using Short-Form Editor (the "skill"), sold by OperatorLabs through Whop. By buying, you agree to them and to Whop's own terms for the checkout.

What you get

A downloadable zip containing the skill, an install guide and free updates within version 1.x, delivered in your Whop library right after payment.

It includes the editor, the pack of cards, caption styles, transitions, sound effects, colour looks, fonts, recipes and hooks, and the viral script coach. The pack's fonts are open-licence fonts you may use in your videos but not sell on their own; its sounds, looks, recipes and hooks are covered by your licence.

Your licence

• You can install and use the skill on the computers you personally use, for your own videos and for videos you edit for clients.
• You own the videos you make with it.
• You can modify the skill for your own use.
• You can't share, resell, sublicense or give away the skill or a modified copy, in whole or in part, or share one purchase across a team.

Requirements and third-party services

The skill runs inside Claude Code on your own computer and needs a paid Claude plan, which you buy separately from Anthropic. Short-Form Editor is an independent product and isn't made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic, TikTok, Meta or Google. Your use of Claude and of the platforms you post to is governed by their own terms.

Your content

Your footage is processed on your computer and by your own Claude account; we never receive it. You're responsible for having the rights to the footage, music and other material you edit, and for checking every edit before you post it.

No warranty and liability

The skill is provided as is. Results depend on your footage, your computer and the AI model you use. To the extent the law allows, OperatorLabs's total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you buy applies to your purchase.
